Your focus is on providing a great learning experience. We handle the complex logistics, documentation, and support infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best.
Pre-screened students
Every student goes through a structured qualification process. We share their Living Profile - field of study, experience, language skills, goals - before any placement is confirmed. You see who you're getting.
Visa & documentation
We guide students through visa applications, insurance requirements, university internship agreements, and any local regulatory requirements. We flag what you need to provide and when.
Accommodation support
Depending on your setup, we either coordinate accommodation directly or assist students in finding appropriate housing close to your location. Students arrive knowing where they're staying.
Ongoing support during placement
Our team maintains contact with students throughout the placement. Wellbeing check-ins at regular intervals. If an issue arises - with the student, or at your organisation - we're the first point of contact.
Emergency coverage
Every student has a 24/7 emergency contact number. If there's a medical emergency, safety incident, or crisis - we coordinate the response. You're not on your own in a worst-case scenario.
Evaluation & reporting
At the end of the placement, we provide an evaluation template aligned with university and programme requirements. We make it straightforward to complete and return the documentation students need for their academic records.
